Ken the little girl under the two center boys (boy on left is Anthony Diamore) she is wearing a plaid dress I think her name is Kathy McTaggart. Do you know her or remember her? I see you in the upper right hand corner.
Johanna, YES that is Kathy McTaggart, they lived near 36th Street when we were in elementary school. My mother and Kathy’s mother were friends… they met while both were in the maternity ward at Cooper Hospital in the days after I was born and Kathy was born. We were born just a day or two apart, and back then women often stayed in the hospital for a full week following a birth. I believe they shared a hospital room. Somewhere in my boxes of stuff I have a clipping from a birth announcement list from Cooper with both my name and Kathy’s on it. Kathy left Davis around 3rd Grade I think. Did you know her Johanna? Did she transfer to St. Joe’s? She was a really sweet girl.
Yes Ken I did know her she did come to St. Joseph’s and we also went onto CCHS I believe. She was a very sweet girl. I often wonder where she is now. St. Jo’s has an all school reunion every year in late Feb or early March I used to go a lot till my son got into wrestling ( that is during wrestling season and we could not go any where that did not involve wrestling) that being my choice..althought my husband did not mind missing it. If you every hear from her make sure you tell her I said hello. If I ever hear from her I will make sure to mention you and this wonderful site.
