Hey Y’all,
I took this photo of Barbara. We had just finished playing tennis and I insisted that she sit on the fountain for a photo. Barbara was a good sport!
Hi Barbara,
Often wondered where life took you. every reunion I look for you and you are not there. Hope life has been as good to you as it has been with me.
Lynne
I didn’t know Barbara, but she looks pretty sexy on that fountain. I remember drinking out of that fountain all the time. The water always tasted like rust but we were kids and drank out of it anyway. Oh how I miss those innocent days when we’d all share a bottle of Coke and didn’t worry about the germs. Not that I worry about it now anyway- well not too much at least… Tom Lowe, 35 N. 26th St., East Camden, 1955-73. CCHS c/o 1973.
Barbara Hale’s parents lived next door to us but she was long out of the house when we were growing up. She had great parents. I remember Barbara married and had one child, a son. I believe she lived somewhere down South – Virginia maybe.
i’d love to tell her how much I loved her parents and how kind they were to me growing up. They used to share their beautiful Roses.

Hi Pat,
I went all through Davis and Wilson with Barbara. She was a great friend. And, yes, her parents, Blanche and Perry, were really nice people.
I lived two doors from Davis at 34th & Fairfax Drive.
Did you live in Pat Neely’s house? She lived one door up from Barbara’s going toward 34th Street.
I’m sure Barbara would enjoy chatting with you. When I talk with her next, I’ll tell her to check the site if she hasn’t done so.
